You are pretty happy with your project and ideas and don’t want to engage an architect to deliver your entire project. But it would be nice to get some advice and suggestions to make sure you’re on the right track, wouldn’t it?

Who can you talk to if you don’t have a friend in the design and construction industry? Actually, sometimes it’s best to keep friends out of it!

So, when you need direction for a specific problem, or you are unconvinced about what a builder or designer is telling you, you are (understandably) overwhelmed by all the decisions and you want professional guidance, or you want to better understand the process, then this Architect-On-Call service is for you.

When you are being asked to make choices, big or small, that you aren’t comfortable with, you finally have someone to call.

We are impartial, will look at the issue on its merits and ask questions to get to the bottom of things. We’re not lawyers, but we have experience with building contracts. We aren’t spec-home companies, but maybe you need more specific support than they are prepared to give. We aren’t builders, but we’ve worked plenty and have probably heard it all before.

With our extensive industry knowledge and holistic oversight, we can help you make informed choices, explain your options, refer you to other experts, give you time to slow down and make the most important decisions carefully, and help you through.

And a reminder - we are not here to take over the job. You’ve got this.
