1. 30min Zoom with Sarah
$79 +GST
Need to talk to an experienced architect ASAP? Look no further than or founder, Sarah. In an engaging 30 minute conversation she will steer you in the right direction and provide valuable insights to address your most pressing issues.
This service is available Australia-wide with Sarah.
2. One hour Architect-On-Call
$220 +GST
Architect-On-Call connects you with a local Architect GP who can provide you with professional and relevant advice without hiring a full-time architect. Stay in control and get on track 60-minutes at a time with a one-off discussion, or book a package for ongoing support during the design process.

4. Better Renovation Workshop
$1880 +GST
Change happens. Get alignment between your family’s needs and wants, budget, the environment and your design options. We will integrate your unique preferences from the beginning and you’ll explore new possibilities for your family.
3. Floor Plan Review Workshop
$1680 +GST
Do you have a layout or floor plan you like, but not love? Maybe you’ve started a design process with a draftsperson or builder, or perhaps you bought a home that has a Planning Application that doesn’t yet suit your needs. We will show you what needs changing to make it the right plan that you absolutely love.

5. Sustainable Design Workshop
$1680 +GST
When you match your home design to your climate you will reduce your energy consumption, increase thermal efficiency, increase comfort and reduce energy bills. We are here to help you identify and prioritise the most effective ways to make environmental upgrades to your home and within budget.
6. Pre-Purchase Design Review
$1480 +GST
Which one should you buy (or rent)? Are you trying to decide between buying or renovating? In this service we will analyse your options and their future potential so you can step with greater confidence into your next big thing.

Before finding Architect GP we'd had a very stressful time trying to understand from various builders and draftspeople. Not being familiar with the process and charges we were at our wits end with all the conflicting information and huge range of price estimates. What Sarah offers through Architect GP is a truly needed service. We are planning a substantial home renovation, and felt like we really wanted to get it right this time, having completed a renovation previously and feeling slightly disappointed with the result. We have hired architects for this project, but wanted guidance to make sure we were making the correct choices. Sarah walked us through the various options the architects had presented, and made clever and practical suggestions. We were also able to substantially bring down the cost of the project by going with some of Sarah's suggestions, while also not feeling that we had compromised on anything.
